Return policies

When paying with a bank card, cash refunds are not allowed.
Settlements with the consumer upon the return of money paid for the goods, upon the contract for the performance of work termination are carried out in the same form in which the payment for the goods, work (services) was made unless otherwise provided by the agreement of the parties. The refund procedure is governed by the rules of international payment systems.

Return of goods procedure is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus from January 9, 2002 N 90-З “The Protection of Consumers’ Rights”.

The consumer shall have a right within fourteen days from the moment of transfer of non-food goods to him/her, to return proper quality goods.
The consumer shall be entitled to unilaterally repudiate an agreement on the performance of works (delivery of services), provided that the contractor covers the expenses actually incurred by him/her unless otherwise provided for by legislation.
The consumer’s demand for the exchange or return of goods shall be satisfied if the goods have not been in use, their consumer properties are preserved and there is evidence of their purchase from this particular seller.
A list of non-food goods of proper quality, which are not subject to exchange and return, shall be approved by the Government of the Republic of Belarus.
To return funds to a bank card, you must fill in the “Application for the return of funds” and send it by e-mail
The refund will be made into a bank card within 7 (seven) days from the “Application for the return of funds” receipt date. The sum of the refund will be equal to the sum of the purchase. To return funds for the transactions made with mistakes, a written statement and attachment of checks/receipts, which will confirm the erroneous write-off, should be applied. This application should be sent to the email address
